Delicious food across the board.

Ordered today for the first time and definitely not the last time ?? The ingredients are all fresh. In terms of taste, a real enrichment for Asian cuisine here in Mainz. Very, very tasty and an eye-catcher with black basmati rice. The delivery on Sunday via "mainz-liefert.de" was also over-punctual The menu is also really very rich. All in all, really deserved 5 stars! ????? After the lockdown, we're guaranteed to come to the bar in person.

A culinary enrichment in the old town of Mainz! Already used the very good online ordering service twice and ate it extremely well. The menu has a lot to offer and we are delighted with the quality. There is also a lot on offer for vegans. So if you are looking for really good and authentic Asian food beyond Thai Express, you will find it here. I wish the owners, despite the difficult environment in the Corona crisis, that they make it. It would be a shame if we lost this highlight.

Very good upscale Asian fusion cuisine. Just fresh ingredients and crazy creations without any glutamate. Very good and friendly service. Nice ambience, price-performance ratio is okay.

Today we ordered a takeaway for two - two spring rolls, red curry with rice and flying noodles. The food was ready to be picked up on time, the staff was very nice, the food was delicious and the portion size was almost a tad too big - we are completely satisfied and will order again.

The dishes are good and plentiful but remain basic and do not justify the asking price. Service is unfortunately the big black point, a lot of waiting to take orders, forgetting of cutlery, and also a lot of waiting to eat. Rather mixed results.

We came across Noodle Fusion by chance and we are thrilled. The service was very courteous and even though we ended up 10 people everything went smoothly. The curry had a good basic heat and was very tasty. We'll be back for sure.

After a great day in Mainz, we found this lovely place called Noodle Fusion 1990. One couldn’t really tell from outside, but what we experienced was a blast! TL;DR Everything from the interior, the waiters (probably the owners), the drinks and the food was perfect. Eating Asian food on a regular basis and having been to Asia myself: this food is so delicious and authentic! Truly fresh ingredients, no glutamate, perfectly done (not over-cooked)... One of the freshest and best summer rolls we ever had, bao buns from another level, Sate with a really crispy duck, and creative dishes like the flying noodles! We will definitely come back to Mainz, even if it is only to eat here once again. Thanks for the treat!

Delicious, gorgeous and simply delicious. The service is great, the dishes mega nicely arranged and the taste just a delight. There are also a few tables outside, so nothing stands in the way of an evening visit in warm weather. I will definitely come back quite often ❤️

Nicely decorated restaurant in the old town. The food was delicious and the service very friendly. We had vegetarian dumplings as a starter and as a main course summer rolls with baked duck and tofu.

Real insider tip - still! The location is a bit hidden, but not a 2 minute walk from the Leichhof. Atmosphere-like on vacation, very fresh ingredients and delicious drinks!

Very cozy location a bit off the main Street in a backstreet of the Old town. The food is very tasty and authentic Vietnamese. They have a wide selection of different dishes and the portions are quite big and nicely presented. The personal is very nice and attentive. Definitively worth a visit.

Amazing noodle soup and the owner is so friendly. They have over 100 dishes to choose from. I'm going back there again and again!
